The smoker is an essential tool utilized to soothe bees during inspections. It consists of a cylindrical boiler where a burning material is introduced, along with a bellows to blow the resulting smoke. The bellows is encompassed by a metal border, facilitating a secure grip and preventing slippage when held with one hand. Endaar smokers are known for their durability, functionality, and construction entirely from stainless steel.

Furthermore, the smoker can be equipped with scalding protection, complete with a hook for suspending it on the hive's edge. This allows beekeepers to have hands-free access while allowing a gentle veil of smoke to permeate the hive, ensuring the bees remain calm and composed.
